How this website and the beta application use information.

Updated October 29, 2026

Browsing the website

You can explore Forsaken Emu without creating an account. This website does not add advertising pixels or analytics tracking. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes network information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include IP addresses and technical access logs.

The website’s own database contains public site information, FAQs and release notes. It does not store beta application answers.

Your beta application

Selecting Start your application loads an Airtable form. The website does not connect to Airtable until you choose to open the form. A separate-page link is available if the embedded form does not work for you.

The form asks for a player name, email, gaming setup and testing interests. Hardware details and social handles are optional. Your answers go to the private Forsaken Emu beta workspace in Airtable. We use them to review applications, choose a mix of testing setups and contact applicants about the beta. Applying does not guarantee access or create an app account.

Product-news emails are a separate, optional choice. You can apply without agreeing to receive product-news emails.

Service providers

Hostinger hosts this website. Airtable provides the application form and stores its submissions. Opening the form allows Airtable to process information under its own privacy policy, including cookies or browser storage used by that service.

Your choices and contact

You may request a correction, ask about an application or request removal from the active beta application list by emailing forsakenemulator@gmail.com. Send your request from the email you used to apply so we can verify it. Provider backups and legally required records may be retained separately.

We use application information while reviewing applicants and coordinating the beta. Before using it for another purpose, we will update this notice and seek any consent required for that use.

The Forsaken Emu app

This notice covers the public website and beta application. The desktop app’s account, Community, voice, Jukebox and update features have their own in-app information and privacy controls. Your local games, emulator files and music are not uploaded by this website.
