Reporting a problem

Include your Forsaken Emu version, Windows version, the console or feature involved, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot of the error can help.

Use the launcher’s Troubleshooting area to review logs. Check anything you send for private information first. Do not send passwords, account tokens, console keys, BIOS, firmware, games or personal save files.

Questions about beta access

Applications are reviewed by the team. If you have already applied, contact us from the same email address. Applying does not immediately unlock the app or create a Community account.

Keep your setup current

Invited testers can check for launcher updates inside Forsaken Emu. Emulator compatibility, game networking and hardware requirements depend on the emulator and title you supply.
